Hey, welcome! Name’s Marat, I help organizations and teams embrace agility, gain transparency and make better products.

visualize trends of your Jira & Youtrack flow metrics,
get recommendations with step-by-step guide,
perform monte-carlo simulation to forecast “when will the project be ready”, “how many items should we take in a sprint”, “how long will this epic take”.

Currently, I work with upper management that teams within my domain (banking core) become more Productive and Predictable to achieve our strategic goals.

Previously I helped MetaMap to scale-up process-wise (50 to 500 staff across the org) and maintained structured processes across departments, leading Program Management Office, and coaching teams to be efficient and business-objective driven.

In this blog I share my experience in building great products, building processes with clear success outcomes, and creating PDLC, and foster agility in companies. Given my experience with distributed teams, I dedicate lot of attention to how those aspects.

My initiatives are #AgileUfa (meetup on modern management), and Atlassian Communities in Minsk & Ufa, and local Coworking Space. I’m always open to have you as guests and speakers at one of those.

I have some certifications, but don’t really think it’s that important (unless you want to hire me in consulting and those are necessary: PSM II, KMP II, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, Prosci and OKR Coach.
