Hey, I’m Marat. I help engineering organizations become more effective: make operations transparent, find bottlenecks in the flow of work, and remove systemic constraints that slow delivery.

In this blog I write about Product Operations, flow metrics, predictability, PDLC, OKRs, AI adoption, agile approaches, and engineering organizations at scale.

Currently I work with engineering teams at Raiffeisenbank — a large fintech environment with 50+ teams and around 500 engineers.

My Product Operations experience sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and operating systems: planning, delivery, dependencies, flow metrics, and data-based conversations about productivity.

  • Predictable.Team — a tool for analyzing Jira and YouTrack flow metrics, getting flow improvement recommendations, and running Monte Carlo forecasts.
  • Communities — #AgileUfa, Atlassian Community in Ufa and Minsk.
  • Coworking — local Ufa IT Coworking, open to guests and speakers.

Certifications: PSM II, KMP II, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, Prosci, and OKR Coach.

Social presence:

I participated with Storia.me at SxSW 2015, spoke about distributed teams at Atlassian Summit 2018 and Agile Greece 2019, and shared my work on AI adoption and operating-system redesign for AI-first engineering teams at People Sense 2026, DUMP, and Ufa Developer Conference.
