1. System diagnostic
For each zone, answer two statements: symptom and support.
2. Diagnostic result
The zone map shows where the system supports AI adoption and where it creates resistance.
If several zones are red, start with the earliest phase that blocks the rest. If this is your first time, choose one zone.
3. Positions in the team
Do not list every employee. Check which behavioral positions are present in the team now. A position is not a person’s character: the same person can behave differently across tasks.
